USER AGREEMENT
Terms of Use between Lilia Koduvalgustus OÜ, hereinafter: owner, and the registered user, hereinafter: client

OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The purpose of the agreement is the transfer of usage rights for images, logos, texts, and data—hereinafter: regarding the presence and promotional measures for online and print publications, as well as online stores.

PERIOD OF USE
The right of use begins when both parties agree to the terms of the agreement and lasts for six months. The agreement shall be extended for a further six months unless terminated by either party with one month's notice. Statutory rights regarding extraordinary termination without notice remain unaffected.

SCOPE OF USAGE RIGHTS
Upon transfer of the work along with the relevant data, usage rights are granted for the purposes described in Section 1. Any use, application, reproduction, distribution, or publication beyond and outside of this is prohibited without the prior written consent of the owner and constitutes an infringement of copyright law. In case of doubt, the owner's consent is required.
Altering the work through photocomposition, editing, or electronic means is permitted only with the prior written consent of the owner. The client does not have the right to transfer usage rights, in whole or in part, to third parties—including affiliated enterprises—without the prior written consent of the Owner.
The client undertakes to ensure that the provided data is not disclosed to third parties or copied by third parties. The client undertakes not to use the data after the termination of the business relationship, to return the data, and to confirm in writing that they have not retained the data.
